Nam spoke slowly: cooking classes for ph\u1edf or fresh spring rolls, rolling up sleeves in Bat Trang\u2019s pottery workshops, spinning gently on a round basket boat in Hoi An. And festivals\u2014joining the crowd until you no longer felt like an outsider.<\/p>\n
